Chewy → 2024 Brand Identity
The goal is to naturally scale and extend the storytelling from the brand campaign (broadcast),
into other channels across Chewy's ecosystem. Ensuring a more cohesive and constant customer journey.
If we look closely, we realize that a quadrilateral shape is present throughout the entire consumer journey
— from the shape of our mobile app's icon, to the shape of the phone in their hand, to the shape of the box
that lands on their doorstep. The consistent use of four enclosed walls scales gracefully across shapes that are
native to our brand's ecosystem — from app icon, to the phone we scroll, to the box that lands on our front porch.
